Shrewsbury Historic District National Register Marker Dedication
The Shrewsbury Historic District was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The sites identified in the register are Allen House (c. 1710), Christ Church Shrewsbury (c.1769), and the Wardell House (c. 1764). A marker commemorating this achievement was installed in front of the Wardell House which is now part of the Shrewsbury Municipal Complex. Here are photos from the marker dedication on Sept. 10, 2021.
